📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY Order processing:

Orders received before 12:00 on business days will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.

The estimated delivery time is 4 –7 business days from the time the order was shipped. Please note that delivery times can be affected by high volume, holidays, or external factors beyond our control.

Order Changes Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to help you before the order leaves our warehouse.

📬 TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. If you still cannot find the email, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form – we will be happy to help!
